The Flat NYC exceeded my expectations! the staff was incredibly friendly and spoke both English and Spanish, making us feel right at home. the location was superb, with popular attractions like Macy's and the Flatiron Building just a short walk away. the rooms were cozy, with modern amenities including a flat-screen TV and air conditioning. the shared bathrooms were spotless, offering privacy and comfort. the neighborhood was vibrant yet quiet, perfect for exploring on foot. Overall, a wonderful experience that I highly recommend for solo travelers or those looking for a budget-friendly city trip.
